Vision, mission and fundamental values

Kovis Livarna combined the challenges of the past, present time and future, in the vision of the strategic plan:

Throughout its development history, Kovis Livarna encountered many challenges, set up by the business environment.

These were, above all, the need for dynamic development and the achievement of the development step with the competition, the need for active monitoring and flexible adaptation to changes in the business environment, which also led to a constant change in business processes within the company.

Mission

The fundamental mission of the company KOVIS LIVARNA d.o.o. is the production and marketing of high quality, human and environment-friendly castings from nodular and grey cast iron.

We do not operate with the aim of maximising the business result, but with the aim of the long-term balance of operations, which in the long-term period of time reliably meets the expectations of owners, employees, business partners and the environment.

On implementing our mission to produce and market quality, human and environment-friendly products and semi-finished products, we consider:

  • values of long-term value creation for the owners,
  • fostering relations with business partners,
  • care for our employees, their knowledge, for maintaining and strengthening their loyalty,
